The basic recipe:
2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
2 tsp. honey
8 oz. water
It was suggested to get our son drinking this so I tried it this morning before giving it to him. There is no way he will drink it! I managed to get half the glass down before I gave up and gave the rest to my husband to drink. Perhaps it is an acquired taste and I'll get used to it.
